General Information
1. All abstracts must be submitted and received in the period between December 01, 2021 and April 30, 2022 through the online system.
2. Abstracts must be submitted in clear ENGLISH
3. Abstracts must be proofread carefully to avoid errors before the submission. Please note that you can check and revise your submitted abstract on the system before April 30, 2022. Once the system closed then any modifications will not be accepted.
4. The online submission also indicates the copyright agreement to publish the abstracts for all purposes of the Conference usage without further notice.
5. Only abstracts that have not been published or presented prior to this Conference can be submitted. Please indicate the description into the presentation slide or poster if the abstracts have been published or presented after the submission to APELSO 2022.
6. The APELSO 2022 Scientific Committee reserves the right deciding final presentation type of each submitted abstract. While the Scientific Committee cannot guarantee that your preference will be selected, every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
7.All abstracts will be reviewed by the APELSO2022 Scientific Committee and reviewing results will be informed by emailing a notice to presenting authors.
8. All information should be entered in final publication-ready form. The way you submit it is the way it will be shown in the program and the abstract online publication (if any).
9. If the presenting author would like to withdraw the abstract, he/she must submit a request in writing to withdraw an abstract to apelso2022@126.com. Please note that the presenting author will receive an e-mail confirmation upon completion of the withdrawal.
10. The first author/presenting author of the submitted abstract must be the applicant each applicant can submit more than one abstract
11. The first author/presenting author MUST register to APELSO 2022 Conference and present the abstract(s) in person during the Conference to ensure his or her accepted abstract(s) are included in the abstract publication and website. Deadline for the registration is April 30, 2022. Please note that multiple accepted abstracts with one presenting author only have to register once.
Abstract Information
1.Words limitation
• Title-No limitations. (First letter of each word should be capitalized except for preposition)
• Abstract-contents should be maximum 300 words, containing ONLY1 key table or picture.
2. The abstract contains Objective, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
3. The maximum first author/presenting author and co-authors of the abstract are ten.
